San Miguel beer is made in the Philipines and I love the stuff. They sell the imported stuff [yuck] , but I'm looking for the short brown bottled beer. The kind you could get at a bar or sari-sari store.

Ok,the "imported" kind almost reminds me of a Michelob bottle. I have a picture,i just don't know how to load it. Any civilian or service member whose been to P.I. would know. The kind I'm looking for is a short brown bottle.

I picked up a case of this beer at a Philipine food store in Alameda,Ca. in 1986. This was the real deal. The imported stuff looks kinda fancy but tastes nasty.

i live in southern CA. and there are many Philipines stores here i will look for it ... and try it for my self :P

I think is easy to get it in America.Try supermarket or liquor store.
