how do guys get horizontal streachmarks on their backs right in their belt region?

If they grow too fast, get fat too fast or even from wearing jeans that's too tight. (If they have sensitive skin...)

My father has them from wearing too tight jeans in the 70's... It's kinda funny... :-)

Try going from 4'2" to 6'2" during highschool without wearing any type of moisturiser, cocoa butter, shea butter or vitamin e creams 'cause otherwise you're a fruitty füċk. At least pregnant women are not just adviced and encouraged, but warned about the trauma their skin will go through. Teenage boys will just get a grin from their dads, if they happen to see it. i don't have them but i've seen them before. most of the guys with those are usually overweight. and the weight in the stomach puts strain along the lumbar region of the back, causin stretching and loosening of the skin

because if guys tend to eat way too much it goes to the gut which can cause this. for girls same thing but it goes to lower body in the booty and legs first. that is why there are so many miss fat buns around.

growing. men get them on their arms too usually from building muscle, the muscle expands too fast for the skin. No biggie.

its from growing (getting bigger).
they may have them on their arms or legs as well as other areas.
its not weird.
just the human body.
