I put a roast in the slow cooker and thought I put it on high put instead put it on warm. It wasn't until 3 hours later that I noticed what I had done and turned it to high. My question is .. do you think the meat is still good? Or is it dangerous to eat it now ?

OH, HONEY! THE MEAT IS FINE TO EAT!!! Don't worry about that! It would only have spoiled if you left it in there for a VERY long time-say like 8 hrs. or something. You're good to go!=)

the meat is fine- just stick it in the oven on 350 now and let it cook about 30 mins per pound... should be very tender, too- because of your flub up

its just fine... I actually prefer to cook it on low for a longer period, the meat comes out extra tender..but with high it will still come out very tender and yummy

"Warm" setting is different from "Low" setting which is also different from "High" setting.

If it was on warm - I wouldn't eat it.

If it was on low - cook it for another 3 hours and you should be good.

Its fine...it will just take longer to cook. As long as you bring it to temperature before consuming it isn't dangerous to eat at all.
