New year's resolution time and I'm counting calories again. I'm cooking some spaghetti and I normally add about two tablespoons of oil to the the water so the spaghetti doesn't stick together. Does that add calories? or does it all go down the drain when I drain off the water?

An insignificant amount remains with the cooked spaghetti, the rest goes down the drain with the water. You can discount any calorie gain from the vegetable oil.
