What can I put on the chicken to make it taste better? Inside the chicken? Anything. No complicated ones please, just basic and halal (No alcohol etc).

It's getting boring eating it normally. Give me some other ingredients so I can throw it in the George Foreman grill !

When roasting a chicken, stuff the cavity with an onion, a few sticks of celery and a carrot. Gently pull the skin up on the breast and put veggies there too. Lemon slices work too, basically any flavors you enjoy. You can rub the outside with any spice mix you like (steak spice, greek, whatever looks interesting at the store).

When sauteeing or baking chicken pieces, baste with this!
Juice 1 lemon
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Marinate them in any vinigrette salad dressing you like for at least 2 hours (sweet onion, italian, balsamic vinigrette, anything).

Enjoy!

I don't know if this will work in Gorges grill. I do try to make this dish every once in a while to give chicken a different flavor since my husband wants chicken all the time. lol. I take a can of cream of mushroom soup and cut up the chicken add it with some milk 'bout half the can stir it together with a little egg noodles and a lil bit of mixed veggies. Mix it all together and let it cook till the noodles are soft. Sorry it is hard for me to give specific amounts since I just add to my tasting preference.

Fried Chicken is fried Chicken. Boiled chicken is tasteless. Grilled chicken gets complicated. Perhaps if you combine them and throw in a veggie or two, you'll get some something new. This might be why they deposited all the out-laws to the New world?

Try Marinading the chicken before cooking. My favourite kind is a citrus marinade:

1/2 cup orange juice (juice of 1 orange)
1/2 cup lemon juice (juice of 2 lemons)
1/4 tsp rubbed sage or several leaves fresh, chopped
1 1/2 inch section fresh ginger, peeled, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
a few drops Tabasco or 1/4 tsp hot salt

Cook diced chicken, then add spring onions, noodles, lime juice and lastly stir some coconut milk in and serve.
OK it seems that any friendly genuine answers get the thumbs down....why bother? Don't ask if you don't want ideas! I've put thumbs up on the ones that some vicious person has had a needless go at! This is unfair! If a person gives a vicious answer I could understand it, but otherwise stop asking questions and get a life!

Two really easy recipes -
1 slit chicken breast open, put cheese(or sliced mushrooms), wrap strips of bacon or parma ham round, put in tinfoil in over for 25 minutes

2 slice chicken, stir fry in very little oil till brown, add sliced onions, mushrooms, green beans (frozen are OK) and chopped broccolli. Then add packet of oyster sauce, - cook until cooked then add egg noodles and cook for further 5 mins. Whole thing only takes 30 min max.

one thing that you can do it put a little cut in the chicken breast and then fill it with butter that is mixed with herbs, or you could marinate the chicken in a mix of oil vinegar herbs and Worcester source so that all the flavours are infused in to the chicken Hope this gives you some ideas

Cut the chicken into little pieces and put in a bowl with one teaspoon of garlic, some lemon juice, and a tablespoon of honey. Leave to marinade in the fridge for a few hours. Then dry fry it (i.e. no oil in the pan). It is gorgeous!
