i like this boy but ever time i try to get him to see me he never dose i want to go out with him how can i get him to see me so i can try to see if he will go out with me???

It sounds like he's either shy, not interested, or he's playing hard-to-get. Does he know that you like him, or are you asking him to hang out with you on a casual level? Get to know the people he hangs out with; maybe this is just typical behavior for him and he plays hard-to-get with every girl. See if you can do some research before you become hurt or angry. It might work out the way you want, or you might find out that there's someone better suited to you that can't wait to be with you. Good luck!

before you start to do something silly, i think first you should try to become his friend. how can you be so sure that you want to go out with him when to me it seems like you dont really know each other if he doesnt seem to notice you. so, start with becoming his friend. you never know, he might not be the guy you thought he was. but im not saying you dont have a chance with him. he might realize that you're the perfect girl and he might get to like you too. but like i said, become closer, by being friends first.
