Are we really perceived as being completely without morals?

I confess I sprayed Lysol on the litter box, consigning thousands of helpless bacterium to a chemical doom -- but it was them or me, baby. I had to protect my family.

The scope on my sniper rifle is out, so I always seem to hit the ground a few feet away from the target these days. I tried poisoning the water supply but accidentally used my baby's formula milk powder instead of the polonium 210 I had ready to use - and my wife vacuumed that up thinking it was spilled formula milk powder. I just don't seem to be any good at murdering people any more. It's quite depressing, for an atheist.

I am not an atheist but I also do not believe they are completely without morals. I hope you are not lowering your moral standards by making a general assumption against an entire group of people. Why aren't people mature enough to answer this question without bashing Christians.

There are some who will indeed perceive you (and any who do not follow their faith) as totally without morals because to them the ONLY place anyone could get morals is from their book. Ridiculous, but true nonetheless.

As a non Christian, I have no morals either. I believe all killing/war is wrong but the people with the book said go bomb Iraqi babies out of their beds. Their morals just differ I guess...

I don't understand why so called Christians get so upset when they come to realize that someone is an Atheist. Just because someone may be an Atheist doesn't mean they are without morals. The sooner Christians (or people of all faiths) become more open minded, the sooner we can all get along better. Oh, and I have never murdered anyone in all my life! : )

People - zero today. Zero for my lifetime I am sorry to admit. Though there have been a couple I've thought about. I know not killing anyone ever is not forwarding the cause for the depraved immoral heathen atheist cause. I will try harder tomorrow.

No theists that I know of, call atheists murderers. I certainly don't. Oh, and we eat meat, so we don't consider your Lysol murdering... and we don't consider bacterium people. :)

Your question was humorous but a little misdirected.

Blessings!

Are you aware of the fact that Christians murdered more people than Atheists.

Native American Indians, Africans, the remnant of Amerindians, Jews and Japanese can share their stories with u and maybe your ignorance maybe uplifted.

I don't use anti-bacterial soap - but not because I'm against killing bad bacteria, I just don't want anti-bacterials to be completely useless in 10 years.

But I am going after that spider in the living room later.

Good for you! In my line of work (bacteriology) I get to grow bacteria as well as destroy them. Most times millions at a time. Makes me feel like a real god. Ha Ha
