American Eskimo Dogs are great -- congratulations!
All I can really give you is advice since I don't know what sort of names appeal to you most. As a groomer, I see dozens of dogs every day, so I've heard some really interesting names... unfortunately 99 percent of the dog names I hear are the same names I hear every single day, sometimes from multiple dogs on the same day.
If you want to be original, or if you want your dog to stand out, stay away from the most popular human-like names like Molly, Sadie, Lucy, Sasha, Zoe, and Abby. As cute as it is to name a pure white dog a "white" sort of name, you'll soon run into a dozen other white dogs (and cats) with names like Sugar, Snowy, Snowbell, Snowball, and Casper.
I suggest browsing the internet some for dog names, or even baby names. There are several lists of puppy names out there, often with alphabetical listings and tons and tons of choices.
One of my favorite things to do is pick a foreign name that isn't common in the country I live in, or even a foreign word for something that describes the dog.
I've also had good luck with picking out a normal word that I like the sound of (like bannister or crouton, ha ha, or any old word that you think sounds neat) and playing around with the letters and sounds until I hit on a completely original name that I like. Or think of which letters of the alphabet that you like the sound of and build a name around those.
Now there's nothing at all wrong with picking a popular or obvious name! Your dog is your baby, and usually whatever feels "right" to you in the beginning will feel right to you after many years together, too, even if she shares a name with other dogs in the neighborhood. If the popularity of the name isn't a factor in your decision, that's okay, too! Maybe, when you pick up your dog or puppy, her personality will help you pick a name, or a name might even just jump out at you the moment you see her! Good luck with your dog!

"Bailey" is a cute name for such a cute dog. Here's some fun facts about your dogs breed...
The first dogs of this breed arrived in the United States with German immigrants in the late 19th century. Their popularity grew as the agile, intelligent, sparkling white dogs became known throughout America as performing dogs in the Barnum and "Bailey" Circus.

My dog's name is Magnolia May, or Maggie for short. xD
My aunt sugested the name, Magnolia had something to do with "white flower of Scotland" or something, and her birthday is on May Day, so that's where her name come from.
You might want to wait to get to know the dog, or find some obscure meaning or origin or name it after a favorite character.
