If it's a guy, yes this may mean he's dull and neat freakish. But think about it, would you want an all white bedroom? I think it would be pretty cool, completely white, and then maybe a white table with like purple or blue flowers on the table. But it IS a guy so...

Seems he is a clean freak and this bedroom seems to be hospital like and sterile. Does he have all the bottles in the bathroom lined up by size with the largest to the smallest? Somewhat odd and spooky to me.
