i fell in love with my best friend of 5years... but he said we will always be friends and nothing more and he values my friendship a lot. and he was in love with his ex gf.
it took me a month to get over the pain. i told him i need some time off cuz its difficult for me to handle things now...
in the second week of timeoff now he texted me saying he is missing me, and has been thinking about me alot.
i dont know wat that means.....but the heartache is back.
should i reply? or should i just ignore it.

I sort of know how it feels to be that person. Someone liked me alot and I didn't like him(he says he loved me, but I'll never know), and I told him it would never happen. I called him later though, to be friends, and it only caused problems. If you can live with being his friend, great! But if you can't, and he isn't interested romantically in the least, maybe you should cut off ties to him. I would reply by asking if he is missing you as a friend or if he is interested. Good luck, I'll pray for you!

Just go with the flow, dont assume anything- and if it falls into place, then it was meant to be, if not, oh well, you have a good friend ;) you have to talk yourself out of having those feelings, and when you really believe that your better off as friends, it might turn around for you, thats what happened to me, i was in love with my bestfriend, for a long time, he always said i wasnt his type etc, which of course hurt me, but as soon as i got together with my current boyfriend, i know he is rethinking his decision, but i love my boyfriend, and he lost his chance, dig?
