is fasting a way to improve or deteriorate one's health?

it is not good to fast for a long time as your body will move to starvation mode and use tha fat inside you rbody for its energy which will result with low metabolism rate and you will feel more tired to do any work. i`d say just exercise and eat right

Fasting with water is not good for you. However, fasting with food for about 24 hours is beneficial to your health because your body takes a break from doing work like digesting and has a chance to flush your system. Drink plenty of water when fasting.

Fasting can be a good thing sometimes, but it really depends on how long you plan on fasting, and why you are doing it.
