Fresh vegetables, low fat/low cal crackers, rice cakes, pretzels, try to stay away from a lot of fresh fruit, because of the high natural sugars. Keep the snacky items in the low fat families of foods, and low calory counts, you'll do fine. Indulge yourself with a chocolate as a reward for doing so well with your dieting, don't deprive yourself of the things you enjoy. Just keep the sweets at a bare minimum.

Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").
The Hoodia sold at http://tinyurl.com/y389on is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $7.99 shipping and handling charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.

Flavoured rice cakes, twiglets, oat cakes, french toast, apples, bananas, carrot sticks, celery sticks, nuts, seeds, dried apricots, the list is endless... but don't make your life a misery.
Exercise and you can pretty much eat as you please. I run 4x a week besides other exercises such as weights, boxercise, cycling etc. When I fancy chocolate I'll have some. Due to the regular exercise my metabolism is high even when I'm resting.
Find something you enjoy.... netball? a dance class?? tennis?? running?? There is so much to chose from.

Try drinking a cup of green tea. I used to snack on all sorts of unhealthy junk at work, but instead I started drinking green tea everyday. I lost 5 pounds in a week! Good Luck!

A small snack is OK, it's more a matter of when, after a meal you must wait 2 hours, then your body will be ready to process the food rather than store the excess as fat. We all know what is good for us and what is bad, it's a matter of will power.

Yogurt (some light varieties have only 60 calories), fresh fruit, pickles, single serving bags of microwave popcorn (100 cals), etc. Find sugar free and/or low fat snacks and just watch how much you eat...you can still have treats and keep your calorie intake low enough to lose weight.
Good luck!

well there is always raw veggies you can use a lite ranch dressing for a dip.
Then there is fruit......if you want an awsome fruit dip that won't hurt your waist line try 97% fat free cool whip and a package of crystal lite.......wonderful for dipping fruit into.......(how I got my kids to eat fruit).
Then if you are looking to snack on the same things as before then choose the 100 calorie thin chocolate bars, or thinsations oreo cookies...........all only have 100 calories and you feel like you are cheating........lol
