Some of my girls are thinking of doing it just to see what guys are out there. I don't know if I want to join them. I would be alittle embarrassed if a coworker or some other friends see me and think I'm desparate. Plus, this may sound weird but I'm also afraid of ex-bf seeing them and saying "hah...serves you right!!!" or something. What do you all think?

I do not think you should do it.........because of the fact that you already have appprehension about doing it. If you follow through with it, you will be nervous and always wondering. That would not allow you to get the maximum out of it. As far as that scenario, there are so many people that do it, the stigma has almost disappeared. Today's technology has brought us so far. Something like this would've never been possible 15 years ago. In closing, follow your heart. Good luck.

NO! why should you if you as busy as i am with work the Internet is the fastest way to get a bf and if i did not have a bf i would go on the net seeing how i work 12h a day so i really don't have much of a social life my bf play around my schedule.

Why would you be embarrassed if a co-worker saw you on such a website? It's very likely that they're looking for a mate, too.

I would be embarassed but if you don't want people to know it's you. Then don't put too much information about yourself up and don't use a picture of yourself either.

Nah, I wouln't be. I know my brother was on one for a while. I've been on one before. I think it's an ok way of meeting people.
