Anyone who is under the age of 15, and is between 80 and 140 pounds should not be worrying about weight loss or weight gain. Your body is in such a state of flux at this point, and severely limiting your calorie intake at this point can alter the way your body stores fat as an adult (example, if your body is Starved now as a pre-teenager, it will be more likely to store fat as an adult). Don't worry about your weight - I'm sure you are going to the doctor once a year for physicals. Ask him or her if your weight is normal. They are more than happy to let you know if you need to gain or lose weight (mine did for both me and my sister - me to gain, my sister to lose), and they will be able to put you in contact with professionals who specialize in teenage physiology. My guess - You will be told you are fine.
If you FEEL fat, is it from the way you look in the mirror, or the way you feel during the day from activity? Everyone finds things they don't like about the way they look. That is normal. Are there things you like? Can you look at the positives? Besides, there is so much more to define you than just the way you look. Are you a good person? Are you intelligent? Are you a giving individual? These are so much more important than whether you need to lose 5 pounds (which, really, you don't).
For now, concentrate on your healthy habits. Make sure you are eating a balanced diet, and getting at least 30 minutes of exercise three times a week. Establishing healthy habits early will help you stay healthy as an adult.
Don't worry about it, really. There are so many other things to worry about.

No, you're not overweight. I am 5'2", and at my healthiest and best shape I was 130-135 pounds(I was in the Army, eating right and exercising M-F, and I worked at a job where I was physically active through out most of the work day).
Pay no attention to the people that will tell you that you are overweight(especially girls that are in your age group), and don't worry about the thumbs down that are given to the people that are giving you encouragement and letting you know that you are fine. If you really need to, talk to your doctor(or even your gym teacher or a girls' sports coach) to find out how healthy you are, and to find out a healthy way to maintain your weight.

Noooooooo... my sister is in the same denial that she is not skinny, yet she is. Don't get any more skinnier- you're fine the way you are. My sister is only 4 foot 10, the same age as you and the same weight. She looks normal, yet she wants to get skinnier. Don't worry. Just stick to an active life with a good healthy diet and you'll be just fine.

It depends.
If you're a workout freak, then that 120 pounds is probably all muscle, and you'd be very trim.
If you're couch potato, then you'll have some unsightly fat.
And, my dear, it's never nice to fish for compliments by saying "I look so fat" when you're not. It's a turnoff to everyone around you.

No, in fact, you're just right! Have you ever heard of BMI (Body Mass Indicator)? Even the models are using it - it's a good way to tell if you're too underweight or overweight.
You can find one at http://www.bariatricedge.com/dtcf/pages/bmi_calculator.htm?WT_srch=1

no u r not. if u don't believe it, got to your doctor, he can verify it with charts they have. at your age all the hormones kick in and u will go thru a grwothspurt at any time. the only person that has to luike you is YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF you are not happy with your weight, ask your doctor for a referral to a dietitian that can teach u what to eat and what to avoid. chances are IF others tell you that you are fat they are probably jealous. i have a daughter that is 11 and she is going thru the same stuff. i took her to our doctor and did the chart thing, it helped her to feel a lot better about herself

No. Don't get carried away with the trend to be too skinny. These girls are ruining their health. Young women will always have more healthy fat. When you get old you will lose that and wish you had it back. Girls that are starving themselves are also aging very fast.

For the last time, no, you're not. Stop obsessing over your weight and how you look. You'll know when you're overweight when someone tells you so.

No, you're not. Have you started your period yet? You could be retaining water in which case that will go away as soon as you have your period, but it might return every month.
