I have been on your shoes for quite some time now. I also have three very young children and it is very tiring. Working is a personal decision that you need to think through. I decided to sell home interior products which gives me an outlet and a break once in a while. I plan the parties for nights when my husband is home and I get to get out of the house and be with adults once in a while. I just was not comfortable leaving my children with someone else. But it really is a personal decision. If you decide not to go to work, make sure you have an "out" once in a while. Everyone needs a day off once in a while.

Yup, depending on the job of course, but being employed outside the home if often less stressful and less physical work than staying home raising kids/keeping house/etc.
If your kids are nearly school age, stay with them as long as you can...as soon as they hit school...then get involved in something outside the home to preserve your sanity...

i've been a stay at home mom for three years & i am mentally fried. at least when you have an outside job you get days off. stay at home moms work 24/7 with no appreciation. another plus is you have adult interaction & don't find yourself humming blue's clue's all the time.

it will depend on the type of job you get but it would be rather easier to stay at home in my perspective. you dont get bossed around and you can tell what your kids to do and stuff like that

i think it would be to, just cause if you have a job it ends at some point of the day. being a mom is a job that never ends. The only thing is, it is the best job that never ends. Doesnt means its not hard though
