No meat. No dairy. No sugary stuff. The best foods to eat are fruits, veggies, whole grains, nuts/seeds, healthy fats like olive oil, coconut oil, fish, etc. Youll note i said you can eat fish thats the only exception. Same goes with eggs. Im a strict vegetarian but i also eat fish and eggs due to great protein. Using the foods i said i am below 6% bodyfat. Your kid will grow up strong and healthy if he eats this way. He wont have acne, obesity, or any of that sick crap. Also its best to eat organic. If you cant afford organic make sure you wash fruits and veggies off with either ozonated water or hydrogen peroxide and water to remove pesticides. People think vinegar will do the trick but it wont. Buy 35% food grade H202 and dilute it to 3% and spray them off wait 5-10 minutes and rinse. Dont use on mushrooms though. For ozonated water you need to buy a water ozonator medical grade ones are very expensive though. As for healthy recipes there all over the internet go search on google. I prefer salads. I dont think of food as a fun game its more like fuel to me i dont care how it tastes even though the foods i eat taste great! Avoid microwaved food its very bad for you instead get a halogen oven. Exercise a lot!
