Never mind... I found them myself. You do NOT need an exam to get NON-prescription, cosmetic only contacts. Check out this link:

Sorry, you need a prescription, even if you have perfect vision.

I got them once. Unfortunantely, you still have to get an eye examination even though you don't need prescription contacts. I would find a local optometrist and get an exam. They can tell you what kind would be best for you and help you order them.

im not sure if you can, and i hear those can be bad for your eyes anyway
