i just got my hair cut and i want it back long how can i make it grow fast help please

Eat more protein. Try extensions.

if u want long hair, do not, i repeat, do not get extensions. they will ruin your natural hair, and cause breakage. eat vitamins, trim your hair every 6-8 weeks, drink water, don't put a lot of heat or styling products in your hair.

i reli dnt no.. sorry.. but try and wash it and dry it urself.. u mite learn 2 love it.. or extensions.. gd luck x
