I have a co-worker who is returning from the hospital and she is native Germen. I know it would mean a lot to her if there was some sort of “Germen get well message” on the card that I am giving her. Any help would be appreciated.

Saint Nearly is no Saint at all!!!

Gute Besserung. Wir hoffen, Du bist bald wieder fit!

Anything like that would be within the scope of your wish.

PS: it is German (with an a)

You are welcome

You could say "Gute Besserung" which is the standard expression.

Ich hoffe, es geht dir bald wieder besser. (I hope you get well soon.) is a little more friendly and informal.
