Bear in mind that weight loss relates directly to calory intake. Unfortunately Special K are a little naughtly in that it has the same calories as Frosties!
By eating two bowls a day as they suggest all you are really doing is lowing your calory intake. It would be much more sensible to eat the same calories in a more varied way so you'd still lose weight but not be bored with what you eat.

You eat a bowl for breakfast, then again for lunch and a healthy meal for dinner. That is if you are trying to lose weight on the Special K diet. I think you are only meant to eat 35grams each time. Not very much!

I take it you are not talking about the breakfast cereal. If that's the case I guess a couple of bowls for breakfast should be good. If you bought it for use as a meal substitute in dieting. Then one 8oz bowl for breakfast with skim milk and then another for lunch is all you need.

For the psecial K drop a jeans size you eat it for 2 meals. eg, breakfast and lunch, eat as much as you like!

as the other said 2 bowls , breakfast and lunch - however if you are doing it to lose weight, can i suggest drinking green tree. i have been drinking twinings green teas with fruit this week and have lost 4 lbs. I have no other tea or coffee. These are very good for you, help detox, and there is suggestions they help prevent cancer, and heart disease.( how true i dont know)

If I remember the advert correctly I think you do the challenge for 2 weeks, substituting your usual lunch or dinner with a bowl of special K. Perhaps you can try their website if they have one.

check out how much sugar is in it before you start. I was doing the meal replacement thing and I bought the one with red berries, I couldn't believe how much sugar there was in a supposedly healthy cereal

One serving per meal, twice a day for weight loss. If you have tons of it, you can also crush them up for coating on breaded foods too!
