Can i say NO to him now ?

My parents are both religious and educated. They want me to marry a guy who is a telugu brahmin ONLY.
I have one of my family friend who is a guy from telugu brahmin. We have had very few acquiantances since they stay in other state. I am now 21. He is 23. He propsed to me a mnth back. He is a very gud guy. He was an irespnsble guy in his teenage. He boozed, smokd but nt much with the females, a prety dcent famly bckgrnd.

Later,wen he was 21 he transfrmd so much to bcom responsble bcoz he was instigated by one of his frnds, abt christianty and jesus. Now, he says nthng is mre thn jesus, bible and thngs like that. He cnt bluf me or nething coz evry1 at my house knws hm and he stayed at r place for 3 mnths and we both studied togther too for 3 mnths.

I have liked him as a person . So, once he proposed i was hapy and said yes.
But, now i realise that my mom is very particular about worshiping hindhu god. And i am sure she will not be happy with this realtionship,

Everything is fone but he is a jesus follower. The only thing pricking my love life.
PLease help me with suggestions.
Should i or can i say no to him now, will that be correct?

If you have to ask the question, then you have doubts, it is your gut that is warning you not to marry. It is better to get out now, than to be stuck in a unhappy marriage. When you meet the right man , you will have no doubts

be honest he blieves in christ and you cant down him for that everyone has there one beliefs but here in the u.s. a man who believes in God and follows the rules hes given is a good catch.

if you love him, marry him. who cares what he believes. why let your mom tear the two of you apart? if you say no now, will you be stuck with a guy your mom likes and you don't? don't lat that happen, follow your heart.
