i have lived with my boyfriend for 1 year and 9months can he claim me on his taxes and get more money back?

If you did not work or made less then 3,300 in income then yes just a dependent................and possible head of household but get a tax perparer to do this .............

It depends. If you made more than $3300 in 2006, then no. If not, he probably can.
Being able to claim you as a dependent would not qualify him to file as head of household, though.
