"Jesus" might not. I believe that the 2nd Coming of Christ is not so much about the appearance of a person, but about a shift in the consciousness of our species. Eventually, enough people will begin living and thinking as Jesus (and the Buddhas, and....) did, enough so that we'll reach a critical mass. This is the next evolution in our species. Science is proving it, bit by bit, in the study of quantum physics: we find that nothing exists until we hold it in our consciousness.
Read some Ernest Holmes for more details.

To completely defeat death. During the millinium rein no one dies. Everyone is happy. The antichrist and fals prophet are in the lake of fire and satan is in the abyss.
Then there is the Great White Throne Judgment. Then there is the new Heavenly Jerusalem and the new Heavens and the new earth. all things are made new.
Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil and so that we may have life more abundantly.

He's coming back because he made a promise that he would come back. That's why God gave his only son, Jesus, to die on the cross so that we can live in Heaven with him forever. He's coming back to take all the people who are living their lives for him. He's taking them to Heaven with them. And this is because the anti-christ is going to come and try to convince everyone that he is God and that if we work together as one and have peace then we can do the things that God can do. But that's not true. Only God is God. So Jesus is coming to take the Christians away to heaven with him, so that we don't have to endure that time when the anti-christ will be here.

Jesus promised that He was coming again to bring all the Christians to live in Heaven with Him. He will take us out of the misery and destruction and imperfection of earth. He will take the Christians who had died first, and then He'll take the Christians who are alive. (1 Thessalonians 4:16–18). The unsaved (non-Christians) will then go through a 7-yr tribulation. Then Jesus Christ will defeat evil through the battle of armegeddon then Jesus will reign on earth for 1,000 years. with the all Christians.
The book of Daniel and Revelations in the Bible mostly talk about the end times, so i'd encourage you to read them. as long as you have accepted Jesus as your savior (believe that He died for your sins and rose again to conquer death and pray to ask him for forgiveness of your sins) [John 3:16] [romans3:23] [romans 6:23] [Acts 16;31] you have absolutely nothing to fear. God Bless :-)

Because He is coming back for the dead in Christ.
I am so happy Christ is in my life.
He took away all my sins and forgave me and now I KNOW I'm going to Heaven when I die---WHEN JESUS RETURNS!

John 14:John 14
1. Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
2. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
3. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

Because he promised us Resurrection , and to prove to all the people who didn't believe, he's our savior, so they can be saved. then we can all live for eternity with our heavenly father. Now that's what I'm talking about!

He will come back to gather His faithful believers.
In Christianity it is known as the rapture.
Also, He will come back to fulfill the prophecy He made when He was on the earth.
