I would say wait to boil until ready to eat. They taste better freshly boiled I think.... yummy.

Well, I think that if you look at the date on a package of eggs, they usually last a pretty good while. I would say to keep them in the fridge & boil them to eat them as you want them, that'd probably work out the best. I'm not sure, but I think that after cooking them they wouldn't be good as long.

Eggs will last a long time if they aren't cracked in or out of the fridge. They will last for almost 10 days after they are boiled but I would keep them in the fridge.

A fresh egg is almost impossible to peel, so I suggest keeping the eggs a few weeks and then boiling them.

yes boiled eggs are better because the yellow yoke is not heathy to eat and you can eat the white part but now you can by cracked yoke without the yellow stuff in a small box. so get craking. as they say. on t,v,

Let them "rest" in the fridge for maybe a week. They will peel so much easier than the freshest eggs, and no difference in taste or texture.

Wait until just before they expire, that taste better, and are easier to peel.
