well it seems it was written by some one learning Arabic or some one typed it in English and then translated it online to Arabic. It's a very bad Arabic.

actually it is very bad Arabic, a lot of grammatical errors and spelling mistakes as well..
I prayed that you will wage war on Iraq because a reason, you claim people are sheep?? its a bit unclear..

It means:
"I prayed that you should wage war upon Iraq for any reason and people prayed for you; you sheep."
Actually this is very bad Arabic with some grammatical errors.
