i have a ilo 32" lcd and it says encrypted channel how do i fix?

Your TV may have a "clear-QAM" cable tuner. It can only receive unencrypted channels. To see encrypted channels you need a set-top box or a TV with a Cablecard

Can you elaborate on your setup? What cable, video source and subscription service you are using? It sounds like you are trying to receive a cable or satellite service through DVI or HDMI, but your LCD is not HDCP compliant.
