Anyone know of low price web cam with remote for pan, tilt, zoom ?

Im looking for a good webcam to use. I have seen some really expensive ones but im not trying to spend a fortune. I am only interested in webcams with remote control. If you know of one, please give me the brand and model .. thanks !!
