You shouldn't have to " get him" to do anything!! He should already being doing it or why the heck are you with him?? Oh, girl there are men with real lives, jobs and taste and who know how to treat a girl.
Can you imagine being married to him? oh my word!!!

why don't you just go dutch..he pays for his and you pay for yours and then who knows maybe he will offer to pay for your. I think its rude to expect your meal to be paid for

Make sure he asks you to go out and eat! because if you ask him to go to eat he'll expect you too pay or go 50/50....
