the blue bar at the bottom where the start button is. when i maximize anything like windows media player, the internet explorer or any folder or anything the bar goes away because its being covered by that window and i have to minimise whenever i want to get out of the page how do i fix it?

when the blue bar is showing, right click on it and choose Properties. Then uncheck the box that says "Auto-hide the taskbar"

You may have auto-hide the taskbar enabled. IF you go down to where it is and it pops up, then you have it enabled.

To disable it:
Right click an open space on the taskbar and clear the check box that says "auto hide the taskbar"

Or if that isn't it, maybe you just have to correct the size. IF you maximize the window, it should show up.

Press F11 and be conscious if it truly works. F11 will make your exhibit screen finished exhibit screen and infrequently the bottom bar will disappear. Hit it again and it is going to undo this. do this and be conscious if it truly works!

go to controle pannel and click startminu and taskbar setting, make sure that lock toolbar is checked and always on top is checked and auto hide is unchecked
