Bill Clinton was very specific about what he said and he asked Congress for a definition of "having sex." Congress didn't answer him and eventually it all came out.

Yes, Bill Clinton did not have sexual intercourse with Monica (I am pretty sure about that).
However, Bill Clinton did receive oral sex from Monica, there is little doubt of this.
Technically; he did not have sex with her, but it was clear that he "had sexual relations with that woman."

Bill Clinton was known to have this kind of problem while Governor. I assume that Hilliary let it go on as long as it didn't reach the public and so embarrass her. Personally, I think what he did was wrong, but it should have been a private situation between Bill and Hilary, his enemies blew it all out of proportion. The phony issue they were basing their attacks on "Did the President Lie?" Yes, he did, but then almost every politician is guilty of that at some time. Heck, most adults are guilty of that at sometime.

If it is a choice between having a President who can't keep it in his pants to one that lets his VP put him into an unwinable war, I will chose the man who actually ran the country when he was President.

I would like to think that I wouldn't do the deed, but if I did I sure would lie about it, at least publicly.

i don't believe of bill ever tipped. As for Spitzer, i do not understand for particular. once you're counting publicity as a 'tip', purely time will tell. Monica Lewinski were given countless PR from right here episode with Mr. Clinton, it will be exciting to be certain how a lot PR this lady of the evening receives from this. after all, i'm particular it would want to help her company.

I can't believe you used the name of a politician and the word "honest" in the same statement.

As far as we know, all she did was go down on him. That still qualifies as "sexual relations." However, what they did was by no means grounds for impeachment. Now if he'd done something REALLY bad, like . . . oh . . . sell weapons to Iran (coughREAGANcough), then I'd consider it.
