We went on ONE date and slept together. She started giving me mixed signals after that; telling me she likes me a lot, wanting to hang out more, BUT standing me up for our second date.
I never called her after that. I thought it was disrespectful of her and I have this thing where I don't tolerate people disrespectful behavior.
Still I feel the urge to call her and whish her a happy birthday. I PROBALY want to do that to see if there's something there. (is that wrong?)
But wouldn't that be kind of a wussy thing to do to call a girl you slept with only once and whish her a happy b day a couple months after she stood you up?

Yes just leave her alone. She stood you up and hasnt called to explain her actions in months. Either the sex was bad or she felt like you wouldnt look at her the same since you guys slept together rather quick. Who knows but she hasnt tried to shed any light on the subject so at this point does it really matter? You knew when her birthday was you should have called then maybe it was communications issues and not she is avoiding you rather than telling you her true feelings.

Dont phone. She either didnt enjoy it, or you're not her type.
I hate to say it, but if she slept with you on her first date, then shes not the kinda girl who likes the kinda guy who phones the next day...
Just pretend to be a complete jerk, if you bump into her on her birthday make a comment about taking her out for her birthday.
But I honestly think, you'll have to toughen up a bit.

call her and leave it at that, see if she responds.
you can always say you want to see if she wants to be friends.
if she doesnt then go find someone better, she soulds flaky by the mixed signals and standing you up, let her ruin someone elses life!

wish her happy birthday, but make that the only reason you call, and dont call after that. let her make the next move if she wants to still.
