Sleep with a blanket and/or pillow?
She can have a blanket now but shouldn't have a pillow until after 1 year.
Ride a tricicle?
Probably around age 3 she will be coordinated enough to figure it out.
Play on a rocking horse?
If she sits up well and you are right there to make sure she holds on, she could ride one now.
Ride the coin-operated rides inside stores?
Again, if she sits up well and you are right beside her to make sure she is holding on/holding onto her yourself, she could ride it now. (Depending on the ride.)
Use a fork and spoon on her own?
You can give her a fork and spoon to play with while eating now. She won't be coordinated with them for a while yet...say 18 months to 2 years.
Drink out of a cup without a lid?
You could start trying to teach her this now. Again, it will be a while before she can do it without soaking herself though.

Blanket she can sleep with from birth, pillow at age 2, tricycle-they have the plastic toy type ones that my 2 year old plays on, he is not tall enough to reach the peddles but he uses his feet to move, Rocking horse-they make really small ones for children that are 1yr or older, coin operated machines-once she can walk I would say-I might warn you though, she may not like them too much until she is around 4-5. Fork and spoon, give her the plastic or baby ones now, so she gets used to holding them, around 15 months she will be almost able to feed herself and again I warn you BIG MESS...Cup drinking, My 2 year old does it depending where we are because I have friends who don't use sippy cups so I can't take one to their house...he does fine as long as you watch him and remind him not to tilt it all the way up! Hope that helps!!!

sleep with blanket / pillow. I started when my kids were about 1 to 1/2 years of age. I used a toddler pillow.
http://www.littlepumpkincompany.com/satin_toddler_pillows.htm
Ride a tricycle. We started our kids around 2 1/2
Rocking Horse - About 2
coin operated rides. Any age. If they were infants I would just hold them and if started to cry just take then down.
Use fork and spoon. I let them play with them as infants during meals to get used to them and gradually just started showing them how to use them.
Drink. depends on the kid. My daughter is turning 3 in Feb and we are slowing moving to cups with straws rather than a sippy cup. At night she wants a drink of water before bedtime so I gave her a dixie cup of water to see what she would do and she surprised me by drinking from it very well with hardly any spills!
