what i find generally works for me is eating some fresh fruit and drinking herbal tea and water. It helps you loose that bloated feeling that comes along with eating junk!

While it can be classified as rubbish a nice ice cold coke followed by a big burp can help!
Do you know that coke is the best cures for a rally bad case of upset tummy, as it get the acidity right & the gas helps to push the stuff though.

Maybe if you clean your house or something in your house such as toilets, refrigerator, pantry, or something like that you will feel better. Not only will it get you moving to provide some sort of exercise, you will have a nice finished product feeling and forget about all the bad things you've eaten today. Have a cup of coffee or tea to give you an extra boost!

i suggest
20 sit-ups, 20 touch ur toes & top it off with at least a few minutes of running-on-the-spot.
or u can ignore me & surf the net 4 fab recipes 2 finish off the remnants of the food-cupboard/fridge.
in 4 a penny in 4 a pound?

go catalog shoping online
have "fun" with yourself
take a nice looong bubble bath
call people and talk on the phone
do your hair or makeup
watch a movie
