This is an advise that i rote to someone:
Love is hard to understand for everyone because it involves two people, and two people always cant agree on one thing such as love. I believe that when things involve more then one person, things are out of once control.
I also believe, that in a love relationship, one is in true love and the other is just compromising. and that is the way all love and marriage are. that is just what i think, Because My mom and dad are married for 30 years. and they have compromised and understood each other. if they do that they are bounded for life. and I hope to find someone like that.

If they get along well, are each other's best friend, don't break up at the first fight or the first sign of a fight. They talk stuff out and let it be known what they want and what they don't want. They are upfront and are not afraid to ask for things they need. They are compatible on all levels, but also compliment each other. This is why opposites attract, because they complete each other. Why would you want to date/be enagaged to/marry someone just like you? You get enough of yourself every day.

Life happens and can change the seemingly best couples into exes but generally, if the couple is open, honest, considerate of one another and share similar interests I think they have a good chance of being together for a while.
