Forget the water, milk, mayonnaise, etc. Add a couple of teaspoons of Bisquick and blend it together in a blender for about 30 seconds. Your omelette will puff up and be soooo fluffy!

Wonderful question cause I love a good Omelette. The best thing to do is add a tablespoon of water, not milk. Milk makes the Omelette stick and tear. Butter the skillet real good, cook it real slow and enjoy....................................THANK YOU. Feel free to ask any questions that you need, GOOD LUCK.

Add a tablespoon of mayonnaise or salad dressing (which ever you prefer) to the eggs, no milk. I personally gaurantee that your omlette will be fluffy.

Separate the egg yolk from the egg white. Add a little salt to the egg white and beat them until they froth. Then gently fold the whites into the mixed egg yolk.

Start out with your eggs at room temperature. Beat the whites until foamy and then add the yolks.
