I like the idea of little feet, pink feet cuz she's a girl and they could be walking by the sign that she will be...just a thought! little footprints are adorable.

tattoo designs are available on the web. but i think it is more personal if you design it yourself (at least the idea of it - have professional draw it out if you want) maybe with her name or wait until she shows her personality and incorporate that into it somehow.
