What do boys growing up experience?

Question

For our drama piece were doing a dry comedy based on a sofa about a boy his dad and his dads girl friend.
the story is about the dad and son bonding, i was wondering what situations a growing boy and his father would encounter,
so far we have thoguth of: the boy walking in his dad and his girlfriend and the dad catching the boy when he first jerks off

any ideas? or embrassing or funny situations you've been through that we could use?

As for growing up experiences:
first girlfriend/first crush
first drugs experience
smoking ("do as I say, not as I do" etc if the dad smokes but doesn't want his son to)
first alcohol experience
disagreements on rules of the house
money queries
appearance issues (like teenage boys stereotypically never washing long hair!)
school problems - bullying, exams, peer pressure, truancy
questions about other family members - embarrassing aunties who visit, how he relates to his 'new mom', Christmas dinner...

there's loads of room for funny skits in there!
