my long term boyfriend is going on a trip in a few days and i'm going to miss him loads, we agreed to spend lots of time together before and after. should i be annoyed that his younger brother kept wanting him to go on the trampoline with him and do this that and the other? his brother got in a mood when my boyfriend said that he couldn't play with him 'cos he was busy doing other stuff (that still didn't involve me). does his brother think it's my fault?

Chances are, the little brother thinks it's your fault (I've seen that happen, trust me), and I don't think you ought to be too annoyed by your boyfriend having to do other things and spending time with his bro.
Also, if the brother does think it is your fault, it shouldn't be too much of an issue. If he's really little, he won't remember for too long, and if he's older, he'll be a little more forgiving. Just give that a little time, if necessary.
Just remember that you can spend time with him when he gets back from the trip, that there are still days from now until he leaves, and that separation makes the heart grow fonder.

Depending on how old is little brother is, what you experienced is completely normal. You should not be annoyed. You want to spend time with your boyfriend because he was gone and so does his brother. There's nothing wrong with that. You shouldn't be annoyed. It is up to your boyfriend to delegate his time between you and his brother and while his brother may be a little jealous of you because you have his brother's time, it is nothing he'll hold against you.

I can tell you care. I think you may be worried for no reason. You didn't do anything wrong. Just sit down with his brother and be honest. Tell him that you never meant to give him any bad feelings. I bet he doesn't even think it has anything to do with you though. Ask him so you can challenge your thoughts. Maybe he was just feeling disappointed and wanted some attention. He loves his brother. I'm sure he'll miss him so he wanted to spend time with him.

No use in getting annoyed it won't solve anything and his brother may miss him as well as you , I would cut him some slack because you know how it feels also .

his brother is just jealous that he is spending his time with you and that he is never playing with him anymore.
