Try mixing any flavor yogurt with extra creamy Cool whip. Use 2 regular (not lite) yogurts to half a container of extra creamy cool whip. this also makes a great light dessert too. mix 2 flavored yogurts with half the extra creamy Cool whip. then pour the flavored mixture in a premade graham crust pie ( like Keeblers). Smooth it level and then cover the entire top of pie with the other half of the extra creamy Cool whip. place level in freezer over nite and then take out to thaw just a bit, about 1 hour before serving. Bon Aptit'

1/2 whipping cream, 1/2 pudding and you're set. Use real whipping cream and just don't sweeten it. Maybe add cocoa and make a chocolate filling too. Enjoy!

MMMM....lemon pie filling! If you blend any pudding with cream cheese, it will be less sweet.
You can fill them with literally anything. Since they are not sweet themselves, they make great appetizers when filled with tuna or ham salad, crab salad, anything you can imagine!

"Nutella". You can find it in any grocery store where the peanut butter is. Yum!! It tastes like hazelnut I think.
