My left eye hurts very badly when I rub or touch it. My right eye doesn't hurt but it itches insanely. Does anyone know what this could be? I don't have glasses, and I don't wear contacts. I can't read anything a few feet away either.

I can't read anything a few feet away either. I do have very bad allergies, and I haven't been getting a lot of sleep. The itching has stopped, but there is still pain. Even the bones around my eyes hurt. And I feel presure by my nose.

Perhaps you accidentally transferred some type of chemical irritant from your hands to the eyes . Flush them with water and use some eye drops if available. .

Maybe your eyesight has suddenly gotten vary bad. YOu are not going to be able to be diagnosed online. To get the correct answer you need to consult your pysician. You may be having allergies. Or getting a stye. Call your doctor if it continues to bother you.

You could have scratched your eye which can cause it to become bloody. Look in a mirror. Call your eye doctor. He or she would know the answer to your question.

you may have allergies your not aware of ormaybe some kind of powder or dust got into your eyes that irriatated them, rinse your eyes with warm or cold water go see the doctor maybe he can give you some eye cream or something, maybe its pink eye

do you have allergies? that's happened to me before.

or you could have a stye. i agree- go to the doctor- or at the very least, call a vision place to see what you should do until the doc.
