demons posessing good people?

Don't you find it strange that the good people often get poses. I mean the really good people that belive in god get posses by demons. But if you belive in god and the devil nothing happens to you?

There are two things demons do, oppress or possess. Good or bad people who do accult activity can get oppressed and possessed. But usually there is a spiritual blindness that results in rebelling against God that prevents people from being possessed, though they are oppressed. Occult activity opens inner doors to demonic possession.

People who are born again, sealed with the Holy Spirit can be oppressed by demons (if they doubt God). But the Holy Spirit possesses them, so they can't be possessed by demons. A Christian has all authority over the devils and demons. Submit unto God, resist Satan & satan flees. The most important is to submit to God & His Word. That is what scares the devils and demons.


Old guy? The gift of tongues are of the Holy Spirit. Yes there is satans copycats, like he copycats everything else of God he can think of. But if you believe the Word of God and call the gift of the Holy Spirit and speaking in tongues (love language to God) of the demonic realm, you are close to blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. Just to warn you. One needs discernment of Course. Speaking in tongues in prayer language to God is loving & praising God or prophesiing.

Are these good people people who practice "tongues"? That is one of the ways that demons can get access to the human soul along with occultish contacts, ouija boards, hypnotism, and anything else where a person loses control over their soul.

demon possession can happen to anyone. Only nowadays, scientists call it disorders or sickness of the brain. Trust me, I've seen it happen to close family. All you can do is pray that it doesn't happen to you.

HOW PERSONS CAN BE FREE OF DEMONS

Demons gain the right of way to possess or attach themselves to a person when that person sins. Having evil thoughts are sins too (Matthew 5:28). Authority over ALL evil spirits is given by the Lord Jesus Christ to believers only (Luke 10:19). Believers have authority in Christ to bind demons and cast them out of persons (themselves included) in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, providing all persons involved in the deliverance have repented of their sins. Certain demons are harder to cast out. The persons involved in the deliverance would have to practice Christian Prayer and Fasting in order to cast out these demons.

SIGNS OF A HAUNTED PLACE

HOW TO GET RID OF EVIL SPIRITS IN YOUR PROPERTY

Evil spirits pass in and out of homes, apartments, buildings and even churches. On the topic of ghosts, souls of the deceased go on to either Heaven or Hell, so if you encounter an entity that looks or sounds like a soul of a human who has passed, bear in mind that demons can and do masquerade as souls of the deceased. If you are involved in occult practices or other types of sin, demons could possess you, attach themselves to you or be around you. As a believer, you can get rid of the demons in your property, land or room by yourself or with others who are saved by saying a prayer in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. It is better if you pray with other Christians because the Lord Jesus promises to be in the presence of two or more believers gathered in His name (Matthew 18:20). Before you pray, you need to do two things. First, identify any cursed items or symbols in the property or land and destroy or anoint them accordingly. Occultic items (such as Ouija boards, witchcraft books and tools, books and other media that are against Christianity, tarot cards, crystal balls, fetishes and occultic jewelry) and occultic symbols must be destroyed. Such symbols must be erased, removed or painted over, and occultic items must be smashed or burnt. For a cursed item that is not of the occult (an item that was cursed by a witch), you can anoint it, break the curse off of it and bless it in Jesus’ name. The second thing you need to do is use virgin olive oil that has been blessed (by a Christian) to anoint yourself and the person/s praying with you, other Christian residents and pets. In the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, we break all curses that have been put on this property. In the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, we bind all of you demonic strongmen and your subordinates and every astral traveler in this place, and WE COMMAND ALL OF YOU EVIL SPIRITS TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY. We ask You Lord Jesus to deal with any demons or astral travelers who are refusing to leave. We pray against counter attacks, retaliation and revenge of evil spirits. We claim Isaiah 54:17 and declare that ‘No weapon formed against us shall prosper’. We thank You Father God for all angels assigned to us and ask that You would dispatch them at Your discretion.

We consecrate this place to You Almighty Father and welcome Your presence and peace in the name of Jesus Christ (at this point, use blessed virgin olive oil to anoint the doors, windows, gates and corners of your property). If in the future you experience demonic activity in the home, tell the evil spirit/s with faith, "I command you to leave now in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ!"
