Liposuction is the quickest and easiest way.
There is no easy diet way. Eat less and excercise with plenty of sit-ups made my wifes tummy hard and flat pretty quick.

breast feed the baby. You will give the child 1000-1200 Calories/ day which works out to about 2 pounds per week, other things being equal. It is cheaper, and a great bonding experience.

if you re cooking food in the microwave chances are you re eating unhealthy packaged foods if you must microwave consider soy chicken patties veggie burgers or steamer vegetables and brown rice
