Personally, I fall in love with someone based on their personality, not their hair color.
In terms of which hair color looks better, this depends on the girls overall appearance. For example, a girl of Irish descent who has pale skin and freckles would look really cute with red hair, a girl of Spanish/Portuguese descent, with olive skin and brown eyes would look better as a brunette, finally, a girl of Scandinavian descent with blue eyes and pale skin would look better with blond hair, even if they weren't both with these hair colors.
