So if you're sick every time you eat how did you manage to put enough calories into yourself to have plenty spare which your body laid down as fat?????
Have you considered exercising to lose weight?
There are 3500 calories per pound of body fat. So if you have a calorie deficit of 500 calories you would lose approximately one pound per week: (500 x 7 = 3,500) A calorie deficit of 1000 calories would therefore mean that you'd lose approximately two pounds per week. Two pounds a week is commonly accepted as the maximum rate of weight loss that is healthy.
You can easily generate a calorie deficit of at least 500 calories by exercising for an hour every day... Depending on what exercise you chose you'll burn even more. Running for example burns on average 100 calories per mile... A little 3 mile run and 300 calories are gone already. Do that 3x per week and there's your 1000 calorie deficit for your 2 pounds fat loss there already.
Its really not that hard.
PS If you're sick after eating, perhaps you diet isn't as gluten free as it should be. Read what's on the labels. There are special foods out there specifically for Coeliacs. Check the website with specific support around your dietary needs.

diet is the worst advise people should give, i would say try first to eat healthy which is veg & fruits like carot ,courget, percil, celery eat it fresh or cooke without add oil or butter or cream well any fat , for exp use olive oil stop drinking soft drink or jus and drink water, and sport if u never did sports befor start with bike not a bicycle i know its hard at first but do it for exp while watching ur fav TV show .
try it and u'll see the diff just after 4 weeks and u will feel it and u will see it even on ur face couler and aswell as ur temper.
good luck and there is always a start for evrything and the start is always hard but just u start it then it will be like a passion i say that bcz i pass it , now im 86 kg for 6.2 f

Go to liquid diet - even if it is just pulverizing everything to liquid in a blender. It may help. Also learn about blood sugar imbalances, candida albicans or gluten intolerances (celiac). Any of these could be the cause of the colitis and IBS, but I would bet more on candida albicans.
www.hufa.org has some basic info about candida albicans at the yeast link.
