Find time to listen to yourself. Listen to what your body wants, what your heart wants, what your soul wants. Once you know, follow through with these feelings, and thus you will grow your intuiton. Nourish yourself, nurture yourself, love yourself, and the universe will love you in ways that will fullfill your every need. Take the time to be still and be aware.
