How many people cut their own hair????

I dont, but i want to know. Cause usually people who cut thier own hair get crappy results, no offense!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just want to know who cuts thier own hair, and whos hair comes out good!! Pictures work too!

I know this is more of a "girl" question , but:

I trim my hair between visits to the barber... started back during my time in the Navy when it was just running the clippers over my head while at sea to keep the hair super-short for my flight-helmet.

During the peak of summer I also use the clippers to keep my hair super-short.

I HAVE seen some who cut their own bangs or go further and notice that it can often look odd... difficulty in getting balance in the mirror or left / right hand issues.

I have trimmed mine, but never a real CUT. I have also let my roommate "get the dead ends."

A lot of girls with bangs do a little trim in between cuts. I did when I had bangs.

I cut my fiance's hair. Put on a #6 guard and take your time. He's got a simple cut though. BUZZ BUZZ BUZZ, there. Craptacular!!! (But when he goes to the pro's he asks for the stupidist looking cut. At least I can mold him into a decent cut if I do it.)

I do..or have a friend do it. Ive never ended up with too much cut off this way. Sometimes I just dont trust the salon...my hair is long and they tend to cut off more then I want

I did, at age 13 the result is absolutely terrible, it is so bad that i never ever had short hair again. But I learned a few tricks from my mom and now at 21 it looked better, I have long hair now. A prefessional stylist is greatly recommended over our own imperfect and wobbly hands!!! Giggle*

LOL!) when I reduce my hair I wash it and deep condition it, rinse all of it proper, comb it right now again then placed it into pig-tails and reduce it to the approximate length i want. I then comb it to the shape that i'm aiming for and trim it small snip by technique of small snip until eventually I actual have the shape i want. i cut my own hair... its just people that turns out bad is because they cut it the way it is.. they dont know you have to angle it the way on the shape of your head... bangs wont matter beacuse you can see them... cutting your hair is a fashion.... disaster or not, its still an icon... if youre not cutiing it staright that is... but having a long is a plus cause you can do whatever style you wanna do on it.... so goodluck if youre trying it on but i suggest you stop by a salon to get a feedback on...

i just do little sections of my hair that im unhappy with because whenever i go to the hair stylist it always looks horrible!!! ive never been happy with a hair cut except for once

my step sister cut my hair, and now i just trim it. but for pics, check out my myspace pics. the ones of my new hair are at the bottom. they dont show my hair REALLY well, but its all i got. it turned out good. all even and shitt. the front was hard as **** though cus of my widows peek which is a lil pointy spot in the middle of my hairline. it makes it hard to get it even lengths on both sides.
