Their weight goes by alot, their height, body structure and such. Unless your Dr is saying the child is over weight then dont worry about it. I have a 6yr old step daughter who resides with her mom that weighs in at a whopping 81 pounds! Thats what my 13 yr old weighs. To me she is over weight, to her mom she is fine and in my step daughters eyes {she'll be 7 in May} she thinks its just the greatest thing she weighs as much as a teenager. But is the height of the average 6yr old..Pisses me off more then you know
