Few (I hope) were treated as badly as you were, and are happy being Christian, OK?
I hope the path you choose bring you peace and happiness, really.
What I hope you can do now is let go all the hate (?), and let the Christians alone, as few will understand your anger, The world is huge and the pastor/church/faith you were in is known to just a tiny portion of it, you know? Also few know where your coming from, and never had a bad minute in their church/faith.

So, your looking for people to agree with you? You were probably a terrible Christian or possibly not even a true Christian at all, as many associate themselves with Christianity but don't even have a clue as to what the word means much less to be one, therefore usually winding up in a defeated state such as you have become.

Oh yes, plenty of bashers will agree with you on here, but instead of judging and bashing, have a glass of milk and be thankful for that cow that came from nowhere as a atheist would believe and enjoy the milk. In other words, get real AGAIN! PEACE!!!

Don't turn from a bad belief to an even worse thing; I mean atheism. I agree with you that today's Christianity is very horrible and meaningless, but that doesn't mean you should avoid belief in God.

Try reading about Islam; it's the true religion of salvation. There, you shall be able to recognize the Absolute One and Infinite Almighty Omnipotent Omnipresent and Transdescent God whom the human nature seeks to know.

what's that?

no, I didn't believe in that stuff.
in which case, you can't claim to have ever been a true Christian.
a true Christian is one that believes Jesus Christ was AND IS God.
