No they are not using chip and pin yet.You just sign like the good old days.

I went to New York 2 weeks ago, and definitley signed for everything I bought- and boy there was a lot of it!!

I hope you have some spare funds on your plastic cos there is many a bargain to be had!!

I think they use chip and grin, due to chip on shoulder and obsession with all things dental, Bizarre race !
