A tiny bit of hair pomade is all you need. Rub it between the palms of your hands to warm it up a little and spread through hair lightly.

I have some gel/cream stuff from John Frieda's Brilliant Brunnette collection that I use for flyaways after I've styled my hair. I just squeeze about a pea sized amount into my hand and rub my hands together. Then I just lightly sweep my hands over my dry hair. As if by magic, the flyaways are gone!

The only time I cannot control my flyaways is when it is super cold outside and my hair is dry. When I get bad flyaways like that, I know it's time for some deep conditioning.

there are lots of different things you can do. first of all, do you blow dry your hair? if so, make sure that when you blow dry it that you point the blow dryer downwards in the same direction of your hair so that it follows the cuticle and doesnt cause breakage which causes flyaways. also, use the concentrator attachment on your blowdryer as well because it also helps minimize flyaways.
when you take a shower, rinse your hair with cold water at the end to seal the cuticle and smooth the hair. also when you finish blowdrying your hair, use the cool air setting on your blowdryer and point it in the direction of the hair shaft.
there are tons of products you can use also. my favorite are Fast Fixx, a lightweight leave in conditioner by Catwalk that you use in wet hair, then I use Afterparty, a smoothing creme made by BedHead. These prodcts can both be found in professional salons.
I hope I was able to help!

Too easy! Most product lines carry a shine (clear liquid, like oil). It comes in a pump bottle. After styling you hair, you put a little in your hands, and smooth / finger comb it in / on your hair until....no more fly aways. Stays all day. Washes clean, and isn't heavy in your hair. AND.... IT PUTS A "SHINE" ON YOUR HAIR THAT MAKES IT LOOK GLORIOUSLY HEALTHY!
